A new support ticketing system has been launched in order to improve SeatizenPro’s customer support services.
This support platform allows our customers to create problem reports online and follow them through their complete resolution cycle:
- Create support tickets (questions, concerns, request for assistance)
- Track the tickets
- Follow up the status of the bugs that are created from your tickets
- Follow up the status of the enhancements that are created from your tickets
- Receive email alert each time the status of a ticket/bugs/enhancement
